As a Data Engineer – Gdansk, you will design, build, and manage high-performance data pipelines that feed our trading and analytics platforms. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies like Kafka, Docker, Python, and SQL in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and KSQL.
- Implement and manage real-time data streaming platforms powered by Kafka.
- Write advanced SQL queries and stored procedures for data transformation.
- Automate deployments using Docker, Ansible, AirFlow, and shell scripts.
- Monitor systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure data quality and availability.
Requirement
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Docker, SQL, and Python.
- A desire to work with real-time data and automation.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Upper-intermediate English for collaboration with global teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with tools like Elasticsearch, Kafka, Ansible, and AirFlow.
- Interest or experience in AI/Machine Learning applications.
- Understanding of data orchestration and cloud-based pipelines.
