About the C++ Developer – Ukraine Role
We are looking for a C++ Developer – Ukraine to join Quod Financial’s Connectivity Development team. This is a remote, full-time opportunity suitable for junior, mid-level, and senior engineers passionate about trading systems and performance-driven development.
As a C++ Developer, you’ll work on the design and optimization of market connectivity and messaging infrastructure. In addition, you will integrate with financial exchanges and contribute to the reliability and speed of our trading systems. This is your chance to build cutting-edge infrastructure that powers trading at scale.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize C++ components for high-throughput messaging and connectivity.

Integrate with global trading venues, market data feeds, and exchanges.

Ensure low-latency and high-availability of connectivity services.

Work closely with QA, DevOps, and engineering to build production-grade systems.

Monitor live environments and troubleshoot issues in real time.
Requirement

Proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17) with a strong grasp of multithreading and memory management.

Experience with network programming (TCP/UDP, sockets, multicast).

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with market data protocols like FIX or ITCH.

Experience in low-latency systems or real-time trading infrastructure.

Exposure to performance profiling or network debugging tools.
